Comeco is run by a small suburban family in Shimamaki Village, western part of Hokkaido. Comeco is rice that is milled to become rice flower. Their rice uses only the purest waters directly pulled from the surrounding mountains. 100% organic rice is milled to make various gluten free rice flours, high in protein, fiber and vitamins. The family has been running their own business for more than 100 years.
